Q: Can you tell me about your background in cooking and how you got to work at Roastea?
I'm Chef Pritam, and I'm thrilled to share my culinary journey with you. With a degree in Hotel Management and a specialization in Kitchen Operations, I began my career at the esteemed Oberoi Hotels as a Commis. This foundation laid the groundwork for my future endeavors.
My passion for innovation and creativity led me to explore various roles, including entrepreneurship, executive chef positions, and even teaching culinary arts. The opportunity to join Roastea as a Corporate Chef was a natural progression, and I later took on the role of General Manager (Culinary PAN India).
Inspiration for new dishes comes from various sources - travel, food trends, and even childhood memories. I believe in combining traditional techniques with modern flavors and ingredients to create unique culinary experiences. My team and I constantly brainstorm and experiment to develop innovative menu items that delight our customers.

Q. How did you become a barista? What do you enjoy most about your job?
Barista Reynold: Ten years ago, shortly after earning my hotel management degree, I began my career in a café. There, I was captivated by a beautifully patterned cappuccino, sparking my passion for the art of coffee and brewing. This fascination set me on the path to becoming a dedicated Barista. What I enjoyed most about being a Barista was the creative process of crafting each cup of coffee, the opportunity to connect with customers, and the satisfaction of providing them with a memorable experience through the art of coffee.

Barista Reynolds: I have leveraged my decade of experience to curate the menu for Roastea, selecting the finest specialty beans, state-of-the-art machinery, and brewing equipment and pairing the best ingredients to create exceptional coffee experiences.
